Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following:

I as the artist can post what I have draw for your commission on my social media platforms and I can add it to my portfolio/ArtistCV.
I will refrain from posting a commission piece upon request.
I also have the right to deny any commission.

You as the client MAY NOT reprint or distribute your commission piece for profit unless previously agreed upon AND you have paid the production rights flat fee of $50.
You MAY print your commission piece for personal use and/or as a gift.
You MAY post your commission piece to your own social media platforms, but always credit and tag me.

How to Order

You can contact me, preferably, on instagram or by email. Please reference my contacts page above.When you order please give me the following:
- What type of commission you want.
- What you would be using it for. (Ex: business, gift for friend, for yourself)
- Any info on what you’re looking for, what you want drawn, and the vibe/aesthetic of the piece. What colors and fonts you may want.
- Any reference images or sketches you have.

Please Note:
- Commissions will usually take a week at most BUT depending on how detailed your piece is, your responsiveness, and the amount of revisions you request, it could take longer.
- I will do the sketches of the commission for free. Full payment is required once you decide on a final sketch. I will not begin the final stages of the piece until payment is met.
- If you plan to reprint your piece and sell it for profit then a flat fee of $50 is required on top of initial commission price. Once paid then the art is yours and you may do as you please with it.
- payments preferably made through PayPal. I will send an invoice to your email of choice.
- If what you are looking for is not listed above, please let me know and I can create a custom quote.
